Refund Policy

Payments and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or other approved forms of payment

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email accepted) 2 weeks before event.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Refunds for additional payments (beyond the deposit) may be forfeited if not enough notice is given. This decision is at the discretion of The Vault at Golden Juncture.

  • The Vault at Golden Juncture reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
