Payments and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or other approved forms of payment

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email accepted) 2 weeks before event.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds for additional payments (beyond the deposit) may be forfeited if not enough notice is given. This decision is at the discretion of The Vault at Golden Juncture.

The Vault at Golden Juncture reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
