1. General Information

The Vault at Golden Juncture (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as an event venue located in Marion, Alabama. These Terms govern the use of our website, booking system, and all related services. By using our site, visitors acknowledge acceptance of these Terms in full.

2. Venue Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure a booking.
Final payment must be made by the date specified in the rental agreement.
The Vault at Golden Juncture reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings at its discretion.

3. Payments and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or other approved forms of payment
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email accepted) 2 weeks before event.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds for additional payments (beyond the deposit) may be forfeited if not enough notice is given. This decision is at the discretion of The Vault at Golden Juncture.
The Vault at Golden Juncture reserves the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

5. Event Conduct and Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the behavior of all guests, vendors, and participants during the event.
The venue must be left in the same condition as it was provided.
Any damage to property, fixtures, or equipment will be charged to the client.
The use of open flames, confetti, or hazardous materials is prohibited unless approved in writing.

6. Alcohol and Catering

Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Outside catering is permitted only with prior approval, and approval will not be withheld without good cause.
The Vault at Golden Juncture is not responsible for food safety or quality provided by outside vendors.

7. Liability and Indemnification

The Vault at Golden Juncture is not liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss occurring before, during, or after an event.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vault at Golden Juncture, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the venue.

8. Use of Website

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of The Vault at Golden Juncture and may not be reproduced without permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts its functionality.

9. Privacy Policy
